Step-by-Step Guide
1. Log in or Register

💡 There is no maximum selling limit on c-Exchange, whether your account is verified or not. However, we may request verification at our discretion to ensure security.
2. Click on “Start Exchange”
Once logged in, navigate to the Start Exchange section from your dashboard.
3. Select Currency Options
Let’s say you want to sell $1,00 PayPal:

Under Send, select PayPal.

Under Receive, select Bank Transfer.

Click on Exchange to proceed.
4. Enter the Amount
On the next page, you’ll see a field labeled Amount Send.
Enter the amount you want to sell (e.g., 100 USD) and the system will automatically display the equivalent in local currency under Amount Receive.
Then, click Next Step.
5. Enter Bank Details
You’ll be prompted to enter your Personal Bank or Mobile Money details in the format below:

Make sure the bank account name matches the name used during registration on c-Exchange.
Click Next Step to continue.
6. Final Confirmation
Follow the on-screen instructions carefully and then click on Confirm to submit your order.
