The upgrade, which took place from Monday, October 28th to November 3rd, 2020, caused temporary disruptions to our services. The enhancements aim to increase server speed, improve the email system, and boost overall service delivery.
Please note that due to the upgrade, we were unable to transfer old system data to the new platform. As a result, we kindly request that all users create a new account on the upgraded system as we resume full operations.
