We're pleased to inform our cherished customers that the earlier informed notice about the major upgrade and maintenance work on our exchange system has now been completed.
There were one-week erratic disruptions to our system services from Monday, 28th October to 3rd November due to a major upgrade and maintenance work on our exchange system.
This upgrade is to increase server speed, enhance the email system and improve service delivery. Due to the upgrading, we were unable to retrieve the old system data to the new, we are asking for any user to create a new account from this new system as we fully resume.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
