1. Introduction and Acceptance
- This website and its services are owned and operated by Prince K. Telecom Service. By using the c-Exchange platform or any related services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Use (“Terms”). Contractual Agreement
- These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Prince K. Telecom Service, registered in Ghana with its office at Dominase Street, Agona, Mpohor - Takoradi, Western Region. By creating an account or using our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all provisions, including our Privacy Policy.
3. Cross-Chain Policy
- Depositing one cryptocurrency to the address of another is a cross-chain deposit. c-Exchange does not support cross-chain recovery. Users are solely responsible for using the correct cryptocurrency address. Always verify wallet addresses before confirming transactions.
4. Eligibility and Limitations
- Users must be at least 15 years old. Access to certain features may depend on your location, account status, or other factors. All wallets are denominated in Ghanaian Cedis (GHS).
5. Registration and Verification
- Users may register only one account. Accurate, up-to-date information is required. We may request further identification at any time for continued access. Noncompliance may result in account suspension or closure.
6. Privacy
- Your data is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these Terms, you consent to receive communications electronically. English is the governing language for all communications.
7. Account Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Enable two-factor authentication for enhanced security. c-Exchange is not liable for losses due to unauthorized access or malware.
8. Account Suspension and Closure
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for inactivity, identification failure, or policy violations. Any remaining funds may be returned, subject to verification. You may close your account at any time, but remain liable for previous transactions.
9. Services and Third-Party Responsibility
- We provide a secure platform for wallet management and cryptocurrency transactions. We are not liable for issues related to third-party products or services. Disputes must be resolved with the relevant party.
10. Mobile Services
- Standard mobile data and message rates may apply. Not all services are compatible with all devices or carriers. By using mobile features, you agree to receive communications via your device.
11. Risk and Miner’s Fees
- Digital currency trading is volatile and may involve significant risks. Confirmed transactions are final. c-Exchange is not responsible for changes in currency value or network delays.
12. Exchange Terms
- Buy orders are processed within 1–3 hours. Sell orders are processed after a set number of confirmations based on transaction size. Users must provide correct wallet and payment details. Orders expire after set timeframes.
13. Currency Conversion
- Currency conversions are based on current rates at the time of transaction. Refunds or reversals may involve conversion rate differences, and c-Exchange is not liable for rate fluctuations.
14. Exchange Rates
- Each transaction is subject to real-time exchange rates. These rates may include a margin ("spread"). Rates are subject to change at any time.
15. Modifications and Suspensions
- We may modify, suspend, or terminate services without notice. Suspicious activity may result in delays or rejections of transactions.
16. Refunds and Reversals
- All transactions are final unless otherwise stated. Refunds are subject to our internal policies and applicable laws.
17. Prohibited Activities
- You agree not to engage in illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activities. Violations may result in account suspension and legal action.
18. Unauthorized Transactions
- Report unauthorized transactions or errors within 7 days to qualify for protection. Prompt reporting limits your liability.
19. Chargebacks
- If a transaction is reversed or invalidated, you are responsible for reimbursing c-Exchange. Failure to do so may result in account restrictions or legal action.
20. Blockchain Networks
- Cryptocurrencies are decentralized. We are not responsible for network forks, changes, or resulting losses.
21. Taxes
- You are responsible for determining and complying with applicable tax obligations. c-Exchange will maintain transaction records but does not offer tax advice.
22. Indemnification and Release
- You agree to indemnify c-Exchange against claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
23. Limitation of Liability
- c-Exchange is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Services are provided “as is” without warranties.
24. Force Majeure
- We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, regulatory actions, or internet outages.
25. Amendments
- These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of changes. Material changes will be announced via our website or email.
26. Assignment
- You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
27. Survival
- Provisions intended to survive account closure shall remain in effect after termination.
28. Third-Party Applications
- If you authorize a third party to access your account, you remain responsible for their actions.
29. Website and Content Accuracy
- We strive to ensure accurate information on our site, but cannot guarantee it. Third-party content is not endorsed, and we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on such content.
30. Intellectual Property
- You are granted a limited license to use our Services. All intellectual property remains the sole property of c-Exchange and its licensors.
31. Unclaimed Funds
- Inactive accounts with unclaimed funds may be subject to escheatment under applicable law. We may deduct a fee before transferring such funds.
32. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These Terms are governed by Ghanaian law. Legal disputes shall be resolved in Accra, Ghana.
33. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance
- We enforce AML policies, including KYC requirements and transaction monitoring. High-risk or noncompliant transactions may be suspended or reported to authorities.
34. Entire Agreement
- These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, represent the entire agreement between you and c-Exchange. No third party shall have rights under these Terms.
