MTN Ghana and the Bank of Ghana have instructed all financial institutions to block any bank accounts and mobile money wallets associated with cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin, Litecoin, and Ethereum. As a result, one of our primary accounts has been blocked.
Please note when making payments don't reference bitcoin, Litecoin, ether, etc. To avoid any delays in your exchange always enter your exchange ID or (1) number as a reference when sending mobile money payments to us. We do not accept bank/MoMo payments from third parties, such as payments not in your verified name on our database or from another person's bank account or MobileMony. Such payments may be withheld for weeks while we investigate them.
